Our Summer Retreat is back for 2023! This leadership retreat for young people aged 18-30 is a chance to build your leadership skills while building connections with other young leaders for life!
As the severity and number of conflicts grows, extreme weather events increase and public trust in government weakens, strong leadership is needed to face the myriad of challenges confronting the global system. In recent years, young people have asserted themselves on the world stage with more energy and vision than their national and international leaders.
What does it take to lead within a system that undervalues young voices? What skills will future leaders need to navigate the challenges they will face? In this roundtable, Common Futures Conversations and the Future Leaders Network London will bring together a diverse group of young people to discuss the skills, vision and preparation that will be most useful as they come into positions of greater power and influence.

In its second year, the Future Leaders Network Annual Conference 2021 is this year focussing on how young people are stepping up to save the world.
From climate activists who took to the streets (and stage) at COP26; to young social entrepreneurs and innovators turning radical ideas into meaningful enterprise - this is your chance to meet with the next generation of changemakers who are making waves across the U.K. and the world.
The Conference will also serve as the Closing Ceremony for the Y7, which the Future Leaders Network has chaired this year. We’ll also be examining the other side of the COVID-19 gender gap that has led to a higher death rate among men with very little insight into why. How can we alleviate the differing pressures on men and women during this pandemic?
