Our Summer Retreat is back for 2023! This leadership retreat for young people aged 18-30 is a chance to build your leadership skills while building connections with other young leaders for life!
As the severity and number of conflicts grows, extreme weather events increase and public trust in government weakens, strong leadership is needed to face the myriad of challenges confronting the global system. In recent years, young people have asserted themselves on the world stage with more energy and vision than their national and international leaders.
What does it take to lead within a system that undervalues young voices? What skills will future leaders need to navigate the challenges they will face? In this roundtable, Common Futures Conversations and the Future Leaders Network London will bring together a diverse group of young people to discuss the skills, vision and preparation that will be most useful as they come into positions of greater power and influence.
To attend, please complete this short application form by 23:59 on Saturday 13 May 2023!

And… we’ve got you covered! We’re a non-profit organisation aimed at discovering and developing the next generation of leaders in the U.K. We’re passionate about equipping young people with the experiences, skills, and networks they need to become effective, ethical leaders who affect positive change in the world… and we’re offering you a 1 day training programme where you can explore and discover your Personal Purpose!

Join us for our next virtual Breakfast Club where we’ll be discussing COVID-19 as a Gendered Issue!
With an increase in domestic violence, the added workload on mothers balancing childcare whilst working from home, and the front-line care workforce being predominantly female during the pandemic, we’ll be discussing some of the ways in which women have been affected by COVID-19. We’ll also be examining the other side of the COVID-19 gender gap that has led to a higher death rate among men with very little insight into why. How can we alleviate the differing pressures on men and women during this pandemic?
